Oba Femi got the better of Bronson Reed at WWE Money in the Bank on October 10, 2026. Reed survived a Tsunami before Femi secured the pinfall victory.

Ahead of the match, Reed carried the same mindset from his bout with Roman Reigns into the contest. He entered with a determined approach and made no secret of it. He also pushed back on fan criticism over his weight loss, saying it had not cost him his edge in the ring. Reed was firm that his physical changes had not slowed him down between the ropes.
